Product analytics

Retinue product analytics is optional. The app does not send product analytics to PostHog unless you turn on the analytics toggle in onboarding or Settings.

If enabled, analytics may include setup and session reliability, selected Retinue members, opened or dismissed result cards, and coarse timing or count ranges.

What analytics excludes

• Audio or transcripts
• Prompts or AI responses
• Meeting content, names, emails, or URLs
• Raw Supabase IDs, session IDs, trigger IDs, console logs, or stack traces

Service processing

The analytics toggle only controls product analytics. Retinue still uses audio, transcripts, storage, and AI providers as needed to provide the service you ask it to perform.

Changing your choice

You can turn product analytics off in Settings. Withdrawal stops future product analytics, and Settings includes a request to delete prior analytics already sent.
